How It Works

Wait, you sell websites that other people abandoned?+

Exactly. We're a real digital agency. Some client projects go sideways — they ghost after deposit, financing falls through, they pivot the business, or they sell the company. We're left holding finished work nobody owns. Instead of deleting it, we strip the client's identifying details and resell the underlying build at outlet prices.

Is this legal? Am I infringing on the original client?+

Yes, it's legal — and no, you aren't. The original client's logo, photos, custom copy, and trademarked elements stay with them. What you're buying is the design system, layout, components, and engineering underneath. We rebuild every customer-facing identifier from scratch with your brand.

Why does each site only sell once?+

Because that's the whole point. If we sold the same build to 50 people, you'd have 49 clones competing with you on Google. One owner ever. Sold means sold.

Why is less-completed work more expensive?+

Because our team has to do MORE work to finish a less-completed build before rebranding it for you. A 95%-built site only needs a brand swap. A 60%-built site needs us to finish missing pages, integrations, or content before swapping. We bake those extra hours into the price — but it's still 95% cheaper than starting from zero.

Buying & Checkout

Can I see the site before buying?+

Yes — every website has a live preview link so you can click through it exactly as a real visitor would, before you buy a thing.

What if the site I want sells before I check out?+

The first person to complete payment gets it — that's final. If you miss out, head to the Shop page to browse recently sold sites and sign up to be notified when a “lookalike” drops — a new site with a similar appearance, layout, and industry so you're first in line for the next one.

Do you handle e-commerce / Shopify / booking integrations?+

Occasionally, listed websites do include these integrations — things like Shopify storefronts, booking systems, or payment flows. When they do, they're clearly listed and searchable on the Shop page so you know exactly what's in the build before you buy. And yes, we'll wire it to YOUR account during the rebrand.

The Rebrand

How quickly will the site go live?+

Most launches happen within 5–7 business days of payment + brief intake. We commit to a hard 14-day cap — if we can't deliver inside 14 business days, you get a full refund.

What if I hate the rebrand?+

You get unlimited reasonable revisions — we don't stop until it's right. In practice, most clients only need 1 to 2 rounds of edits. If after all of that you're still not happy, the 14-day guarantee applies — full refund.

What if I want to add features later?+

Every new feature is scoped and billed separately — it requires a quote and analysis before any work begins. We'll assess what it takes, give you a fixed price, and you decide whether to move forward. No surprises.

Ownership & Hosting

Do I own the site after launch?+

Yes — always. You own everything: the brand, content, copy, domain, and the underlying site. Upon request, we transfer the full custom code files directly to you. No strings, no lock-in. It's yours.

What does $25/month hosting actually include?+

Hosting on a fast managed platform, faster site speed, access to a client portal, free SSL, daily backups, and 30 minutes of minor edit requests per month (copy tweaks, image swaps, hours updates). Cancel anytime.

How does ownership transfer work, exactly?+

On launch day, after final payment, we transfer the domain into your registrar account (or yours stays put if you bought one), grant you admin on the hosting and email accounts, and — on request — send a zip of the full source code. You get a one-page handover document listing every account, login, and where everything lives. Nothing is held hostage.

Can I take the site to my own hosting later?+

Yes. The code is yours. If you want to leave our $25/mo managed hosting, request the source bundle and we'll provide deployment notes for common providers (Vercel, Netlify, your own VPS). One-time migration help is $150.

Revisions & Edits

How many rounds of revisions do I get during the rebrand?+

Unlimited reasonable revisions until you sign off. Most launches need 1–2 rounds. “Reasonable” means brand fit, copy edits, photo swaps, and small layout tweaks — not redesigning the whole site or adding new pages (those are scoped separately).

What counts as a small edit vs. a new feature?+

Small edits (free during rebrand, included in monthly hosting after launch): copy tweaks, image swaps, color adjustments, hours updates, contact info changes. New features (scoped separately): new pages, integrations (booking, e-commerce, CRM), custom forms, automation. We quote a fixed price before any new-feature work begins.

How fast are edits during the rebrand?+

We turn around revision rounds within 1–2 business days. You give us all the feedback at once per round, we apply it, you review.

Post-Launch Support

What kind of support do I get after launch?+

Every site includes 30 days of free post-launch fixes for anything that breaks or doesn't work as expected. After that, your $25/mo hosting plan includes 30 minutes/month of minor edit requests, plus same-business-day email support for anything urgent (site down, broken form, etc.).

What happens if my site goes down?+

Our managed hosting includes uptime monitoring and daily backups. If something breaks on our end, we restore from backup at no charge. If you need a same-day fix outside normal hours, we offer emergency support at $95/hr — billed only if you approve the scope.

Will the site get security and software updates?+

Yes. While you're on our hosting, we keep platform-level dependencies patched and SSL certificates renewed automatically. If you move the site to your own hosting later, you become responsible for those updates — but the underlying stack is standard and well-documented.

Can you handle SEO, ads, or ongoing content for me after launch?+

Yes — through the parent agency, Leads to Sales Agency. We'll introduce you when the time is right. There's no obligation; many outlet customers run their own marketing or hire someone else. The site we deliver has the SEO foundation (meta tags, schema, sitemaps, speed) already in place.
