Terms of Service
Effective May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Leads to Sales Agency, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Leads To Sales Outlets, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms in full.
What you are buying
You are purchasing a one-of-one license to a pre-built website design (the "Outlet"). Upon receipt of full payment, the design system, layout, front-end code, and custom components transfer to you exclusively. Each Outlet is sold exactly once — it is permanently removed from our inventory on purchase.
Photography, logos, copy, or third-party assets owned by the original abandoning client are removed before sale and are never transferred to you. You are responsible for supplying your own brand assets during the intake process.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is due at checkout to secure the Outlet and begin the rebrand. The remaining 50% is due on or before launch day, before the site is published to your domain. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store or transmit your card details.
Monthly hosting is billed at $25 per month, beginning on the day your site is launched. Hosting may be cancelled at any time; see Hosting & Subscription Terms for details.
Turnaround and delivery
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after we receive your completed brand intake (logo, brand colors, copy edits). The absolute maximum is 14 business days. If we miss the 14-business-day deadline, you receive a full refund of every dollar paid, with no penalties or further obligation.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to operate, modify, and display your purchased Outlet. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or transfer the underlying codebase or design system to any third party. You may, however, hire developers to modify or extend your site.
We retain ownership of our brand, trademarks, proprietary build frameworks, and any elements not explicitly transferred as part of your purchase. Any testimonials, brand copy, or photography displayed on this storefront remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Your purchased site may not be used to distribute malware, conduct phishing, violate applicable law, or engage in spam. We reserve the right to terminate your hosting immediately (with a pro-rata refund) if your site violates these conditions.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Outlets are sold "as-is" at the point of transfer. We warrant that each site is functional and free of known security vulnerabilities at launch. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with future browser versions, or any specific business outcome resulting from your use of the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for your Outlet. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under JAMS rules in Salt Lake City, Utah. Class actions are waived.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this section.

Hosting & Subscription Terms
Effective May 20, 2026
These terms govern the optional monthly hosting service ($25/mo) provided by Leads to Sales Agency, LLC for Outlets purchased through this storefront.
What is included
- Managed web hosting for your Outlet on modern cloud infrastructure
- SSL/TLS certificate provisioning and automatic renewal
- Weekly automated backups retained for 30 days
- Basic security monitoring and malware scanning
- Email support for hosting-related issues (response within 2 business days)
- Up to 50 GB bandwidth per month (overage billed at cost)
What is not included
- Domain name registration or DNS management (you manage your own domain)
- Email hosting or custom email addresses (we recommend Google Workspace or similar)
- Code changes, design modifications, or content updates after launch (available separately)
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions your site depends on
Uptime
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance (which we will notify you about at least 48 hours in advance). We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or actions by you or your agents. Hosting is provided on a best-effort basis with no formal SLA or uptime guarantee.
Billing
Hosting is billed monthly on the same date your site was launched. Your first month is pro-rated if the launch date falls mid-cycle. Charges are automatically collected via the card on file with Stripe. If a payment fails, we will retry for 3 days before suspending your site. You will receive email notice before any suspension.
Cancellation
You may cancel hosting at any time by emailing outlets@leadstosalesagency.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. The current month is non-refundable. After cancellation, your site files will be available for export for 30 days before being deleted from our servers.
Acceptable use for hosted sites
Your hosted site may not be used to distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting immediately — with notice where safe to do so — for violations of this policy. In cases of clear legal violation, no notice is required.
Data and backups
While we maintain weekly backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own copies of your site files and content. Backup restoration is available at no charge for up to 2 requests per year; additional restorations are billed at $50 per incident.
Moving off our hosting
You own your site and can move it to any host at any time. We will provide a full export of your site files within 5 business days of request. There is no lock-in and no transfer fee.
Refund Policy
Effective May 20, 2026
We stand behind our work with a clear, founder-backed guarantee. Here is exactly what applies and when.
The 14-day delivery guarantee
If we do not launch your rebranded site within 14 business days of receiving your completed brand intake (logo, colors, copy), you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar paid — the deposit and any balance. No questions asked.
The satisfaction guarantee
During the active rebrand phase (before launch sign-off), you are entitled to unlimited rounds of reasonable revision requests. If you are not satisfied with the rebrand after working through revisions, you may request a full refund before sign-off. Once you approve the launch and sign off, the purchase is final.
What is not refundable
- The purchase price after you have approved and signed off on the completed site
- The current month of hosting (previous months are non-refundable; future months are not charged after cancellation)
- Any third-party services you purchased independently (domain, email hosting, etc.)
- Rush delivery fees if we met the agreed rush deadline
How to request a refund
Email outlets@leadstosalesagency.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern. We typically respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve any issue directly before a chargeback is filed. Every dispute we have ever received has been resolved once the customer contacted us. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in the suspension of your site and a report to Stripe's fraud database. Please email us first — we will make it right.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund dispute by email, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution process described in the Terms of Service above (good-faith negotiation, then JAMS arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah).
Disclaimer
Effective May 20, 2026
No guarantee of business results
Purchasing and launching an Outlet gives you a professional, fully functional website — it does not guarantee any specific level of website traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or business success. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, marketing efforts, and economic conditions. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials on this site represent individual results and are not typical.
Website provided "as-is"
While every Outlet is reviewed for functionality before sale, we make no warranty that the site will be error-free, compatible with every browser or device in perpetuity, or meet every specific business requirement. Browser standards, device capabilities, and third-party APIs evolve — maintenance after launch is your responsibility or can be arranged separately with us.
Errors and omissions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing, availability, and feature descriptions on this site, but errors may occur. If you purchase an Outlet based on an inaccurate description, we will either honor the described terms or issue a full refund — your choice.
