The Story Behind This Site
Why it's here.
This site is built to sell decorative and protective concrete coating services with a strong local-service layout, bold calls to action, service highlights, reviews, and service area positioning. It already has a polished hero section, trust badges, conversion-focused copy, click-to-call elements, and core pages for services, process, reviews, service areas, and maintenance content. While it was originally framed for pool deck and patio coatings, the design and messaging structure could easily work for epoxy flooring, concrete resurfacing, paver sealing, outdoor surface restoration, garage floor coatings, or general decorative concrete businesses. A buyer does not need to stay in the exact same niche to make this site fit their company.
How it started
We built this for a local concrete coatings brand focused on pool decks and outdoor living spaces in the Phoenix market. We finished the site structure and sales copy, but the owner changed direction before launch and stopped moving the project forward.
